Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading group providing power protection solutions for more than 20 years headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a M&E Coordinator to handle day-to-day coordination work. Successful candidate would have strong attention-to-detail, solid communication skills, and able to follow-through project meticulously.

The Responsibilities:

* To coordinate all M&E related items against all builders works for project side with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors
* To prepare and coordinate on M&E related works and relevant documents (e.g. drawings, method statements, materials, samples, work progress, etc.)
* To coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors on preparation of shop drawings for construction and M&E installations
* Preparation of Master Construction Schedule for M&E
* Oversee and liaise with various parties for overall M&E works
* Observe discrepancies between Architectural, M&E, ID, Structural, and client provisions
* Conduct regular site meetings on daily/ weekly basis
* Handle checks and inspections of M&E installations on site, ensure tasks are completed on time
* Take part in all site meetings related to project operations and coordination
* Assist and advice project manager on all M&E matters

The Requirements:

* Preferably Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Diploma in M&E Coordination/Building Service will be considered too
* Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry
* Solid knowledge of M&E system for Commercial and Industrial building
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and independent
* Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office, Primavera software, AutoCAD, and BIM
* Candidate who possess Coretrade/Building construction safety supervisor certificate will be advantageous
* Able to work in demanding and fast-paced environment
