Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Metals Trading company with a strong history in Singapore. They are looking for a keen Accounts & Sales Admin Manager to grow with their company in the Metals Industry, dealing with scrap metal trading for industries such as semiconductor, etc.
The Responsibilities:
Accounting:
* Deal with Monthly & Annual Closing
* Support and liaise with audit firms and banks
* Assist Japan HQ with enquiries raised
Sales Support
* Sales Administrative duties
* Handle warehouse operations & inventory control
* Liaise and collaborate with overseas offices
* Bid Support
* Any ad hoc tasks as and when needed
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting field with at least 5 years' work experience in the Accounting function
* Driven to grow and take on challenges
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
