Our Client:
Our client is an established company that is totally committed to giving a complete total solutions ranging from the design, supply, and commissioning of the entire Company's systems. They are actively looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveyor
* Attending technical and site progress meetings with Sales Manager
* Provide costing to Sales Manager for tender projects
* Preparation and submission of monthly progress claims based on work done
* Preparation and assessment on any additional claims and variation orders to the clients
* Liaise with clients' QS to get payment certificate
* Preparation of tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantity and other document
* Study the architectural & structural drawings provided and take into consideration of our ex-stock to estimate quantity take-off and tender cost estimates
Sales Responsibilities
* Preparing sales quotations/proposals based on client's requirements
* Monitoring upcoming and ongoing projects for participation
* Identify and close contract sales opportunities
* Oversee the sales cycle (including issues on site) to ensure the attainment of company revenue and profit goals
* Follow up on situations that may arise from the projects that you are in-charge of
* Communicate with the logistic and operation departments on delivery and return schedule
* Ensure excellence in customer service, reliability, and efficiency
The Requirements:
* Preferably 2 to 5 years of work experience in QS field
* Proficient in MS Office application
* Someone who is meticulous and able to multitask
* Customer-oriented
