Our Client:
Our client is a leading one-stop metal packaging solutions service provider offering best value and quality to customers with operational capabilities and product development through innovation. They are actively looking to hire a QA Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Make sure all procedures and work instructions are properly followed
* We ensure that all manufactured products meet customer specifications and achieve levels of quality and reliability
* Appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of quality nonconformities
* Ensure that all causes of non-compliant products are investigated in action
* To identify product, process, and quality related issues, they are recorded using appropriate procedures. Quality Management System (ISO9001: 2015) and Food Safety Management System "FSSC22000" is effectively implemented and maintained
* Ensure new lines, machines, materials, and processes are validated by performing qualification and validation
* Ensure that internal quality audits and management reviews are conducted accordingly.
* Support the R&D process for new products and testing
* Other duties assigned by operations managers and departments
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Quality Management, Foods Technology or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experiences in Quality Assurance role preferred in Packaging or Manufacturing Industry
* Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, HACCP and Foods Safety Management System Implementation
* Good leadership and working together in team
* Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
