Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese marketing research company. They are actively looking to hire a Research Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Project management of market research projects for mainly Japanese clients & MNCs focusing on Asia market
* Client service - align with client on business questions, survey design, analysis requests
* Vendor management - communicate client's request in detail, manage schedule, operation, cost and quality control
* Data processing, quality control
* Qualitative/ Quantitative reports as required
* Creation of questionnaires, implementation of surveys, and aggregation of questionnaires
* Support for ad hoc projects, i.e. operation management and conducting checks as per instructions of the project manager
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's/ Master's Degree
* Business fluency in Japanese & English language to be able to communicate effectively with native Japanese-speaking clients
* Past work experience in market research is advantageous
* Data processing skills using Excel is a plus
* Meticulous, patient and able to conduct data processing and checks accurately
* Possess logical and analytical thinking ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work well in a lean team
* Able to travel for business trip (mostly countries around Asia)
