Our Client:
Our client is a Singapore real-estate conglomerate with operations throughout Southeast Asia. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Sustainability to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Implement corporate and organizational carbon accounting
* Perform life cycle evaluations and cost studies of suggested alterations, then plan and implement changes or adjustments based on sustainability goals
* Making use of life cycle analysis and carbon computation accounting technologies
* Carry out gap analyses in green building and sustainability, energy modelling, and opportunity identification
* In accordance with ESG roadmaps and targets, recommend and put into practice initiatives, new practices, best practices, tools, and technology
The Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science or other related studies
* Over 5 years professional experience in similar capacity
* Certified Energy Manager / Green Building Professional designation (GMAAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc.)
* Prior demonstrated experience working with government agencies on securing funding and implementing new technologies
