With operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and China we believe in using technology and intelligent solutions to provide a holistic platform offering to investors that they will need in their investment needs.
With a staff strength of more than 400 strong globally, we are expanding to add talent to the team in various functions, we are actively looking to hire a Client Services Specialist to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Be a part of the Client Services Team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and to resolve any client inquiries
* Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process
* Reach out to clients to ensure a positive customer experience, promote new features and services, and ongoing promotion
* Be proficient in traditional customer contact mediums such as call-ins, emails, online chats, and social media responses
* Respond to client inquiries about our product offerings, account opening / management issues, and general inquiries
* Reach out to our internal client base for account matters
* Perform simple trade executions and liquidations for margin calls
The Requirements:
* 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry
* Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services
* Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 6 and 6a are advantageous
* Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage as the candidate will be expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong who are native Mandarin-speakers
* Those without experience but are with keen interest in financial markets, and driven character will be considered
