Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese company operating a co-working space in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Community Conductor to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales

* Qualifying pre-qualified marketing leads
* Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
* Analyse data to help improve sales processes and strategy
* Conduct site tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed
* Work towards/maintain 100% occupancy through marketing & sales process

Customer Service/Operation

* Make and maintain Service Agreement with all new members
* Conduct daily SOP including Opening and Closing, front desk coverage,handling phone calls and mails, cashiering, etc., Pantry/Book Area Maintenance
* Issue monthly and/or occasional Invoice to all members or guests
* Conduct pre-move-in meetings with all new members to ensure a successful move in
* Complete the New Member Orientation process and curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc to provide on move-in day
* Conduct offboarding interviews to understand the departing members' overall experience

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience and/or interest in hospitality
* Given the nature of the job, a Japanese learner and speaker is advantageous to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
