Our client is established more than 100 years ago in Europe, the company is one of the world's leading supply chain and logistics solutions provider. The company operates in the following sectors: Sea, Air, Road, Rail, and Contract Logistics. The freight forwarding (sea or air) services, provides the arrangement for the transport of goods by road and rail. The contract logistics unit offers warehousing and distribution services.

The Responsibilities

This role is part of the Contract Logistics team. This role will essentially support the company's TMS and WMS, ensuring that tender requests are handled, project scope is defined, operational assistance is given, and continuous enhancement is implemented with a professional, effective, and accurate approach. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Assisting with the implementation of essential and related systems for warehouse tenders
* Participating in the evaluation of customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
* Helping with the setup of IS applications, EDI, testing, training, and launch events, and providing additional aid as needed
* Sustaining current operations by providing application support and introducing ongoing enhancements and creative concepts

The Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* 3 to 5 years of working experience in Information System Knowledge in relation to operations, products, and services
* Proficient system knowledge and familiarity of logistics or related industry is a plus
* Experience in system management, specially in warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Demonstrate competence in leading initiatives for ongoing enhancement
