Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a investment holding company in multiple industries. They are currently looking to hire a Payroll Executive as part of their Payroll team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

The Payroll Executive oversees bi-weekly payroll verification generated by the system for around 600-700 headcount, including time attendance, vacation time, etc.)

* Ensure timely and accuracies in payroll administration and compliance with statutory requirements
* Prepare and handle paperwork, safekeeping and maintaining good records of all required documents
* Manage the HR/Payroll system ensuring accurate information is always updated.
* Any other ad hoc assignments assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of working experience in payroll functions.
* Minimum Diploma
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
* Experience in ADP system is compulsory
