Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese Manufacturing company dealing in businesses such as Healthcare, Electronic Components & Industrial Automation. With a strong history in the business, they are looking for an ambitious Senior Learning & Development Specialist for their coverage within the APAC region.

The Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver physical and virtual training programs in APAC in alignment with business needs with a stronger focus on Soft Skills
* Provide regional support in end-to-end learning operations and maintenance & enhancement of learning management and talent management systems (HRMS) in collaboration with the Global system team, and maintenance & analysis of related data
* Evaluate and work with training vendors on training programs based on organization and employee needs
* Act as learning partners by working closely with the businesses to translate business requirements into training needs and learning plans
* Manage and support regional and global projects and initiatives in Learning and Organisation Development to build the organizational capabilities including Competency and career path framework development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, organization's valued behaviors and culture-building activities, and Employee engagement surveys

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management with at least 3 years' working experience in the Learning & Development function
* Working experience in the designing & facilitation of learning programs of different modalities
* Possess a Training Facilitation such as ACTA, Institute for Adult Learning Singapore (IAL-ACLP), DDI or Franklin Cover or equivalent
* Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design, learning evaluation, etc.
* Smooth communication & presentation skills
* Great analytical and critical thinking ability with a proactive attitude
* Experience in e-learning software would be advantageous
