The Responsibilities:
* Supporting users who are using SAP TM module and LISA Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Communicating with the user community, ensuring the role of facilitator between the stakeholders
* Handles level 2 and 3 tickets such as programming and configuring the issue
* Understand the business problem and recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals
* Target user satisfaction; analyzes required information and data
* Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
* Communicates on regular basis with business stakeholders, including written business correspondence
* Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related discipline
* High familiarity and experienced in SAP Transport Management (SAP-TM) module and ABAP, including with configuration, process design, testing and post-implementation support in a global environment
* To have a maritime experience is a plus
* Organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
* Experience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications
* Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
* Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Collaborating with developers for customized development
