Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical Swiss MNC company across the globe. They are actively looking to hire a Credit Officer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Allocation, and Reconciliation

* Manage Customers' debt notes claims/ processing
* Resolve billing/ collection reconciliations dispute with internal and external parties
* Ensure AR allocation and reconciliations are performed accurately and promptly
* Process / review journal entries or adjustments

Reporting & Compliance

* Cash flow projection/ reporting
* Prepare and manage audit requirements
* Compliance to organisation's policies, internal controls and any government rules & regulations
* Perform timely and accurate month end, periodic and ad hoc reporting (including analysis).

Others

* Actively support in associated AR or Credit process and/ or transformation initiatives
* Ensuring completeness/ update in documentation of new/ important process
* Review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms
* Any exigencies that arises as part of business needs/ strategic priorities. Eg. AR/ credit admin roles as backup

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Accounting / Business Admin / Accountancy
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and collection experience in FMCG, Healthcare Industries
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words); SAP HANA/FSCM/ FI is good to have
* Good working relationship with customers, warehouse, customer service, delivery, and sales team
* Continuous improvement initiatives e.g. new RPA tools, may face teething issues that require additional monitoring and follow-up to perfect the solution
* Independent self-starter who is hands-on, motivated, meticulous, and action driven
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, in a dynamic & high volume environment
* Good communications and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, good organizational skills, good team player, has a process-driven mindset, accountable and positive
