Job Description

Our Client:

Our client specializes in manufacturing folding cartons and offers designing and prototyping, die-cutting, and package testing services. They are actively looking to hire a QA Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Ensure all procedures and work instructions are followed accordingly
* Assure that all products manufactured meet customer specifications and achieve quality and reliability levels
* Adequate actions to be taken to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to quality
* Making sure all causes of non-conformity products are being investigated with actions
* To identify any problems relating to products, process and quality are recorded with proper procedures
* Ensuring that Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) and Foods Safety Management System (FSSC22000) are effectively implemented and maintained
* Ensure that new lines, machine, material, and process is validated by performing qualification and validation
* Ensuring that internal quality audits and management reviews are carried out accordingly
* Assisting in R & D process of new products and testing
* Any other assigned duties by Operations Manager and Dept. Head

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Quality Management Foods Technology, or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experiences in Quality Assurance role preferred in Packaging or Manufacturing Industry
* Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, HACCP and Foods Safety Management System Implementation
