Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is US multinational company with a worldwide reputation for manufacturing high quality passive electronic components. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Review internal control of various manufacturing sites and work with consultant on Risk Management and internal control audit template & programme
* Recommend to Management the various new measures required to strengthen the internal control system and conduct surveillance audit at least twice a year on Asia sites
* Lead an internal audit team and liaise with operation to conduct audit check on all key operating expenses
* Conduct analytical review on monthly expenses and report to management on the monthly fluctuation and reasonableness
* Support on outsourced financial accounting services and responsible for its supervision and process control with Singapore head office
* Responsible for System control and administration of regional accounting system
* Liaise with US head office on matters relating to Internal audit and conduct special audit on specific risk area as and when necessary
* Representative for all Ethics matters and policies under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

The Requirements:

* A Degree holder & a CPA qualified and someone who possess financial accounting and system implementation experience
* Independent and strong in systematic & process thinking
* Good communication skill and work well with all levels
* Have leadership quality and able to multitask with an eye for details
* 5 years' experience in Accounting and exposures to internal audit preferred
* Able to travel in Asia region up to 30%
