The Responsibilities:

As a SAP Manager, you will handle SAP ERP systems (FI, SD, MM, PP). Others include eCommerce systems and custom-developed systems such as equipment tracking and budget authorization. You will manage two direct reports (Singapore and Thailand). Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

* Overseeing and coordinating outsourced teams responsible for managing applications, including conducting regular support review meetings to ensure that Service Level Agreements are being met
* Collaborating with leadership team to regularly provide necessary management information to establish KPIs and SLAs for system performance
* Work closely with outsource teams to ensure that application support function runs smoothly.
* Organizing and overseeing regular support review meetings. Support business activities related to new projects and major events, as well as scalability planning
* Leading on scaling initiatives for the system to prepare for high-volume events and seasonal peaks
* Ensuring that support calls are resolved efficiently and prioritize calls as needed
* Maintaining the functionality and consistency of the SAP applications landscape (and some others) by proactively working with third-party vendors to ensure that systems are patched and maintained in accordance with current best practices
* Accountable for the complete development and implementation of the production support process and incident management for the business
* In-charge of the change management for business applications. Reviewing change request quotes from application outsourcing teams and maximize the rendered service
* Adhering to best practices defined by packaged software vendors for support and change control processes
* Managing systems efficiently, including ensuring resilience, appropriate backup processes, and disaster recovery solutions in place and tested annually with the application and infrastructure outsourcing teams
* Take charge of important management scenarios and arrange teams to reduce the impact of the situation. Implement crisis management procedures and ensure that the underlying issues are resolved by taking corrective and preventive measures
* Facilitating collaboration to handle major problems and work towards resolving issues. Serve as a central communication hub and set up and moderate conference calls with both business and Corporate IT to address any escalated issues
* Contributing to the business continuity planning
* Introducing the use of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform tools
* Ensuring system changes comply with corporate IT audit requirements and procedures and have a strong awareness of IT and financial audit processes

The Requirements:

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any IT-related field
* Experience in working with a large MNC; familiar with managing vendors in a regional setting
* Experience in managing projects; PMP certification is a major plus
* Sound knowledge of application deployment and solutioning; ability to write technical and business documentation effectively
* SAP ECC6.0 experience; knowledge of SAP B1 and SAP Basis is a plus
* Familiarity with SAP GUI 7.7, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external resources effectively
* Customer-focused with a keen business sense
* Demonstrates leadership qualities, is decisive, organized, and capable of planning
