Our Client:
Our client is a global leader in international transport & logistics, and they are looking for a FP&A Manager to work closely with management on variance analysis, analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 2 financial analysts, proactive in drive and investigate performance with significant variances
* Drive and perform analysis for revenue and cost items as well as profitability for each Business Units
* Review operating expenditure by cost centre and project controlling, assist in analysis of actual vs overall financial targets
* Annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and collaborative support to the cross functional teams
* Participate in business cases, review assumption and profitability calculated for CAPEX submission
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, Business Analytics is preferred
* Advanced in financial modelling, develop dashboard using BI tools and Tableau to support decision making
* Analytical mind, meticulous, and problem-solving skills
* Resilient with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
* Experience in Transport & Logistics will be highly advantageous
