Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is Singapore's pioneer and leading sustainability consulting and training company. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts cum Admin Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all accounting and finance functions
* Responsible for bookkeeping and accounts
* Manage day-to-day operation of invoicing and AP & AR function
* Bank reconciliation, prepare management reports including P&L, BS, Trial Balance, General Ledger, AP, and AR ledger
* Maintain filing of documents and records
* Prepare and manage the budget
* Coordinate with external providers to ensure compliance with regulatory filings such as ACRA, GST reporting and income tax
* Handle HR functions such as payrolls and staff leave records
* Handle purchase and office admin matters
* Ad hoc projects as may be assigned by the management

The Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of all-rounded accounting experience
* Ability to perform in an international and multicultural environment
* Proficient with prior experience in an accounting software system is required (e.g. Xero, MYOB, etc.)
* Prior experience in professional services/services sector preferred
* Someone who is meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced-level Excel skills
