Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a luxury retail and lifestyle brand in Southeast Asia. They are actively looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee finance team
* Review of monthly financial statements and management reports
* Perform submission of management accounts to regional finance
* Train and supervise teams, such as AP (local & overseas), stock (reconciliation, planning annual stock take, costing), GL (journal entries), review and sign off balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation statement
* Liaising with external auditors on financial year end audit
* Working with tax agents on all tax submission
* Perform quarterly GST submissions
* Prepare of yearly budget and rolling forecast
The Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Have experience in leading a team
* Have experience in audit firms
* Have experience in high volume of accounting transactions
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous, good time management, good problem-solving skills, good analytical skills, well organized, structured thought process, able to multitask
* Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with finance systems
