Our Client:
Our client is a Global IT Solutions Provider with excellent partnerships with various industries. They are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in Singapore.
About the Role:
This individual will work with the business and IT partners in a Pharmaceutical Industry. They will be collaborating with stakeholders to obtain & document detailed business requirements for Salesforce and Veeva CRM projects.
The Responsibilities:
* This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the Salesforce and Veeva CRM platforms in the region to achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively
* Forge close partnerships with cross-functional teams, such as IT, sales, marketing, and senior leadership, to harmonize Salesforce/Veeva solutions with the organization's overarching strategy
* Engage in productive collaborations with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and various business units, to gather and meticulously document comprehensive business requirements for Salesforce and Veeva CRM projects and initiatives
* Deliver training sessions for end-users to optimize the utilization and proficiency of Salesforce and Veeva CRM, and offer continuous assistance to address user inquiries and challenges
The Requirements:
* Proficient understanding of Veeva / Salesforce functionality
* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a preference for candidates from the life sciences or healthcare sectors
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels
* Capable of operating within a DevOps model (combining Development and Support) and possessing a solid grasp of support management processes
* Possession of Salesforce certifications (desirable)
