Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join our client who have strong business & investment portfolio in Telecommunications. Company is currently looking to hire an Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) to take on a pivotal role in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
This role is based in Singapore, and you will play a pivotal role in managing full spectrum of recruitment and onboarding scope for both local and overseas companies within the group.
The focus of the role will be on recruitment:
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, including activities such as sourcing, coordinating interviews, formulating salary proposals, managing job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific staffing needs and priorities
* Ensure that all procedures and protocols related to recruitment and onboarding are carried out in adherence to internal guidelines and local regulatory standards
* Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders, recruiting partners, and prospective candidates
* Maintain a candidate database, creating a talent pool, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of recruitment data for future analysis
* Proactively monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-hire, to assess the efficiency of the hiring process and the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant field
* Minimally 5 years of corporate recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
* Experience in agency recruiting will be a plus
* Meticulous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure

Location: CBD (Accessible by MRTs and Buses)
Working days: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Mode of Work: Hybrid with minimum 3 days in office
