Our Client:
Our client is one of the reputable international law firms in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Coordinating supplier payments, processing invoices, and obtaining codes from the Financial Controller
* Handling bank transactions, ensuring adequate funding, and performing daily account checks
* Reconciling supplier statements and managing cash flow
* Overseeing petty cash, journal entries, and monthly bank reconciliations
* Assisting with GST returns and addressing finance inquiries
* Collaborating with other office's branches for query resolution
* Providing local support for billing and credit control
* Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the firm
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Finance fields
* Possess minimum 3 years working experience
* Familiar with legal or law firm's environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Aderant expert is good to have
* Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
* Detail-oriented, prioritizing accuracy and consistency
