Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Manager

The Responsibilities:
* Take charge of implementing the new SEA Finance structure, including overseeing finance business partnering and in-country roles
* Spearhead the entire transformation project, from initial planning to execution, emphasizing effective change management, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders
* Convert strategy into a practical operational plan, complete with clear objectives, checkpoints, and contingency measures
* Organize frequent review sessions to ensure the team remains on track towards achieving improvement milestones and desired outcomes
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages sharing experiences and knowledge, while also providing ample training opportunities and maintaining open communication channels for engagement
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
* Minimum 8 years of professional project management experience
* Advantageous to have experience in the travel/transport/airline industry
* Strong interpersonal skills, change management expertise, and leadership abilities essential
* Ability to comprehend strategy, meet deadlines independently or within a team, and prioritize end-user needs
