Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a semiconductor and display equipment manufacturer with its headquarters in South Korea. Their Singapore office is looking for HR Admin Manager to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage full spectrum of HR
* Responsible for visa related work including new application and renewal of Work Permit, S Pass and EP
* Maintain relevant documentation (eg. Employment supporting documents, employment contracts, personnel records, application for government grants, work passes, etc.) and assure the accuracy and completeness of all data
* Being the lead in General Administration/HR
* Liaising with external partners such as employment agency, government organizations
* Handle employee income tax submission and clearance
* Recruitment administration that covers compilation of CVs and documents of applicants, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling of interviews, visa application, etc.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

The Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in full spectrum of Human Resources
* Team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with a pleasant disposition
* Fluent command of spoken and written Korean to liaise with Native Korean Speaking Stakeholders
