Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is an international engineering and contracting company with focus on renewables and oil & gas. They are currently looking to hire a Telecom Tender Engineer to join their team in Singapore, ensuring he/she meets the needs of the offshore customers.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle full spectrum of tender process, from understanding customer's requirement up to handling over signed contract to project manager for project execution
* Preparation of commercial and technical proposals for telecommunication system based on customer requirements
* Sourcing a documentation of technical solution
* Work closely with technical teams, HSEQ, procurement and other relevant department to assist in sales and project execution assignments
* Preparation of potential project risk analysis and working to increase profit margins
* Other ad hoc task assigned
The Requirements:
* Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Engineering or any other relevant discipline
* Preferably with 1-2 year of project engineering experience in energy sector
* Positive attitude, open to sharing and learning, and a team player
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
