Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is the global leader in door opening solutions, dedicated to satisfying end-user needs for security, safety, and convenience. They are actively looking for an efficient Project Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for achieving individual sales targets
* Target achievement and sales team growth
* Presenting actual sales, income, and expenses reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
* Building strong relationships with architects, developers, and main contractors
* Advertise products to architects and developers for product specifications in tender
* Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong corporate presence
* Build and foster strong and long-lasting customer relationships by how to work with them and understand their needs
* Able to multitask and with good time management to be able to prioritize and switch between different tasks
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Planning and managing project manager
* Coordinating, monitoring, and tracking project progress in the field
* Ensure communication with logistics regarding delivery of purchased items for the project
* Ensure the progress of the project according to established installation schedule
* Check, resolve and monitor editing work
* Support and assist project management team to request project progress and finalization

The Requirements:

* To build a good relationship and make connections with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, door makers and suppliers
* Excellent experience in door hardware's solution in project sales sector is preferred
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project sales or related
* Skills in MS office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
* Graduate of any Marketing course or equivalent
