Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading MNC Automotive Companies. They are actively looking to hire a Software Lean Agile Leader to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* To lead 20 - 50 Engineers
* Coaching and Mentor
* Acts as Agile Coach and Mentor Key Roles in Team
* Measurement of Organization
* Establish & monitor objective feedback channels to measure the performance of the organization
* Employee Capability Management
* Drive employees to operational excellence and ensure individual growth of employees to build high performing team.
* Subcontract Management
* External Sub-Contract management to cover engineering capacity demands that cannot be covered internally
* Organizational Environment Development
* Eliminate impediment and drive strategic technical organizational improvements, e.g., improvements of test automation, definition of new methods, change in processes.
* Staffing
* Provide employee staffing, i.e., competencies, based on Business Owner demands. Together, ensure that the staffing setup is efficient
* Promote Transformation and Encourage Teams and Organization Agile Mindset
The Requirements:
* Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Demonstrated leadership qualities in leading people in respective engineering discipline
* Experience in working with other disciplines in large-scale distributed project setup
* Experience in coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
* Experience in managing of and working with Agile processes
* With effective problem solving skills and experience in managing stakeholders
* Good self-management
* Ability to effectively work within a global organization
