They harness the latest digital technologies, able to integrate business systems, and able to implement integrated analytics. Their solutions specifically cater for the public sectors as well as for the financial services sectors.

They are actively looking to hire a Software Sales Manager to join their team in Seoul, Korea.

The Responsibilities:

This position is predominantly of a hunter sales role and will be responsible of generating new clientele for the business. Your focus will be of Korean global companies. You will also manage a network of customers. This role will report to the APAC Sales Head based in Singapore, and you are to be part of a regional team, working in a matrix organization. This role requires drive, team orientation, resilience, and a flexible but well-organized work style. Your responsibility includes but not limited to:

* Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the product
* Manage complex or high-profile territories and/or accounts
* Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers' senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
* Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required
* Ability to negotiate with senior business professionals
* Represent the company in the business domain (e.g. Trade shows and selling seminars, etc.) to reinforce awareness of the company portfolio and image
* Keep abreast of product developments and trends in the regional market and be familiar with the competitive offerings
* Manage sales by forecasting, allocating account resources, strategizing, and planning
* Preparation for appointments, presentation of material, and conduct of negotiation
* Maintain internal customer and prospect databases to ensure comprehensive and accurate customer and prospect information
* Develop and maintain industry knowledge through formal education and through on-the-job training
* Being able to work with team members on regional and global proposals

The Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience in a solution sales capacity, preferably with financial/audit/GRC (governance risk compliance)/ ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) software or analytical software
* Understanding of the purchasing decision process and drivers for medium to large organizations
* Commercial acumen that enables effective and efficient evaluation of potential viability of new business to achieve profitable results
* A consultative solution selling approach with planning and excellent presentation skills
* Able to work in fast paced environment and handles multiple tasks concurrently
* Strong technology skills including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce
