Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multinational company in the Environmental & Sustainability industry. They looking to hire a Senior HR Executive as part of their HR team in Singapore.

This is a replacement headcount and as a team, you will be taking care of 200+ employees.

The Responsibilities:

Part of a HR team of 5, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the Environmental & Sustainability industry and building strong employer branding:

As a HR Generalist role, you will support the HR Department on effective delivery of HR operations and activities to their business units, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, staff engagement and other HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.

* Full spectrum of HR functions including overseeing the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle of the dedicated business units
* Understanding the business and its drivers to build employee relationship, providing HR feedbacks across a range of HR issues, and provide solutions to meet the business needs
* Point of contact, give guidance on labour legislation, policies, and processes, and collaborate with Business Units to guarantee seamless resolution of HR concerns to limit risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, while also improving communication, engagement, and performance
* Assist the Senior HR Manager with Talent Acquisition projects and any other appropriate Management request/assignment, i.e. appraisal reworking
* Participate in ad hoc HR initiatives for development and improving corporate procedures.
* Participate in or lead social / CSR activities for Singapore businesses

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Minimum a 2-5 years' experience in HR field
* Interest in Talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives
* Proven capability in leading the recruitment function in a challenging and a fast-paced environment
* Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (eg. LinkedIn, Jobs Bank)
* Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
* Experience in partnering with the business to understand and complete recruitment needs

Other Information:
Location: Tuas (Company Transportation provided at Boon Lay MRT - both ways)
Work mode: Hybrid, 1x working from home per week
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am to 5pm (not required to OT in office)
