The Responsibilities:
Client Service
* Proactively offer attentive support to client relationships, encompassing lifestyle, wealth strategy, and investment facets
* Collaborate in executing legal and tax strategies, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience through meticulous documentation and communication
* Tailor communication adeptly to cater to the diverse needs and concerns of both internal and external audiences
* Demonstrate unwavering accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all work deliverables
* Skilfully manage unique client requests and projects, showcasing adaptability and minimal guidance reliance
* Cultivate a foundational advisory expertise in trusts and diverse estate planning strategies
Client Operations
* Engage in seamless collaboration for client onboarding, account transfers, and real-time updates
* Exercise adept management of daily cash balances while providing comprehensive private banking support across client accounts
* Efficiently handle bill payments, investment funding, and a variety of cash disbursement requests
* Actively contribute to the timely completion of investment-related documentation
Team Collaboration
* Foster harmonious collaboration by orchestrating seamless client service processes among multiple internal teams
* Embrace company's entrepreneurial ethos through enthusiastic involvement in cross-functional firm initiatives to advance business objectives
Documentation & Reporting
* Uphold the utmost precision in maintaining accurate and meticulously tracked client records
* Collaborate closely with data operations and the investment team to promptly generate accurate balance sheet reports for clients
Training and Mentorship
* Play a pivotal role in supporting the training and mentorship of Client Analysts and new team members, aiding in efficient system utilization and organizational enhancement
The Requirements:
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree coupled with four to six years' relevant industry experience
* Prior experience in family office, wealth management, or working with high-net-worth families is preferred
Skills
* Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, adept at efficiently handling and completing multiple tasks concurrently
* Displays proactive problem-solving skills while demonstrating independent decision-making with sound judgment
* Exhibits a genuine enthusiasm for providing high-touch client service
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills combined with enthusiasm and a robust learning ability
* Demonstrates a remarkable capacity to collaborate and work cooperatively with employees across all levels to surpass client expectations
