Our client is a global professional services company specializing in delivering business transformation and IT solutions to clients from a variety of industries. With a worldwide spread branches, their mission is to be the transformation partner for clients. We are currently seeking an IT Service Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
• Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department
• Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions
• Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
• Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
• Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.)
• Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
• Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement, etc.)
