The Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
• Journal entries and bank transactions
• A/P book & payment processing
• A/R book & collection management
Weekly Tasks
• Manage forex contracts
Monthly Tasks
• TORES 1st & 2nd reporting
• Management report & PMS report
• Amortization and asset acquisition tracking
• Revaluation of forex
• Bank reconciliation
• Balance sheet scheduling
• Profit & loss analysis
Quarterly Tasks
• GST tax return preparation
• Balance sheet analysis for quarterly board meetings
Half-Yearly Tasks
• Stock taking and asset inventory
• A/P & A/R confirmation
Yearly Tasks
• Year-end journal entries
• Annual budgeting and tax planning
• Corporate tax return preparation & filing (Singapore & Thailand)
• WHT (Thailand) and IRAS tax audit support
• Transfer pricing documentation
• Conflict of interest reporting (ACRA and Accounting partner)
• Support statutory audits and Board resolutions
