Our client is one of top Japanese companies, with specialisation in Real Estate services and consultation. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
• Handling billing-related tasks
• Supporting sales staff with document and quotation preparation, data entry
• Arranging and attending property viewings, move-in/ move-out inspections
• Coordinating repairs and handling complaints
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email

• 物件内覧、入退去立会い調整

Requirements
The Requirements
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Experience in customer service or sales
• A detail-oriented approach to work with a strong commitment to minimizing errors
• Prior professional experience and a high level of motivation for this position
• Enjoys interacting with people with a cheerful and friendly demeanor
• Proficient in creating documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus (for operating a company vehicle)
