Our Client:
Our client is a renowned Japanese IT Solutions provider. They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotes, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain and update customer/services records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with partners/vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Issue invoices to customers.
• Monitor account receivables and follow-up with customers on payment in a timely manner.
• Generate monthly sales report.
• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., pre-sales, finance) to facilitate order fulfilment.
• Ensure all sales flow and documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
The Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
