Our Client:
Our client is a renowned Japanese IT Solutions provider. They are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for both English and Japanese speaking clients
• Troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of office systems, and assisting end-users with technical issues
• Provide PC support for end-users
• Maintain and troubleshoot office systems (printers, video conferencing systems, etc.)
• Assist with server, network, and IT infrastructure maintenance, including issue escalation and replacement when necessary

Requirements
The Requirements
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Diploma holder with relevant experience in user support
• Hardware: Knowledge of Windows 10/11, printers, network devices, and peripherals
• Software: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac) and application software
• Networking: Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Understanding of office systems and previous support experience
• Minimal weekend and holiday work (only once a year)
• On-site client support required a few times a week

・基本的なOS・アプリ操作スキル
・ネットワーク基礎知識あり
・オフィスシステムサポート経験
・週末祝日勤務ほぼなし
・週数回のオンサイト対応あり
・日本語N4レベル(業務上必要なため)
・英語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
