Corporate Planning Manager

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Entertainment companies, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a Corporate Planning Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Japanese and Chinese speaking is a plus to liaise with native Japanese/ Chinese speaking stakeholders and clients.

The Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with executives to define the company’s future vision and strategic goals, and develop actionable plans to realize them.
• Create detailed business plans, budgets, and performance targets based on strategic initiatives.
• Propose and plan new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and optimize the business portfolio.
• Prepare reports and documents for executive meetings and provide operational support during key management discussions.
• Lead the budgeting process across departments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and efficient resource allocation.
• Facilitate seamless communication between top management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

The Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate planning or similar experience
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Familiarity with budgeting and corporate governance processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Japanese and Chinese speaking is a plus to liaise with native Japanese/ Chinese speaking stakeholders and clients.
