Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading Japanese companies, specialising in the Sales of Automotive Wire and Components. They are currently looking for an Executive, Strategic Planning (Logistics) to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations
• Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation
• Price reviewing
• Budgeting and analysing
• Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc
• Support in monthly reporting
Requirements
The Requirements
• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in similar field or experience handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders
• Experience in issuing quotations is an added advantage but not necessary
• Proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Possess teamwork, time management and accuracy
