Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies, specialising in Building material trading & Real estate business. They are currently looking for a Real Estate Development Manager / Assistant Manager to spearhead their timber-based real estate development initiatives in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.

The Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, India, and the Philippines
• Lead end-to-end project development—from initial concept and planning through to sales
• Conduct market and industry trend analysis; share insights across teams and report regularly to senior management
• Working closely with both internal stakeholders and trusted external partners to bring innovative, environmentally conscious developments to lif
• Collaborate with strategic partners and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project success

Requirements

The Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development
• Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, and real estate-related legal frameworks
• Familiarity with architectural concepts or background in architecture is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainable development
