Our Client:
Our client uses a combination of modern, tried-and-tested medical tools and techniques that are on-trend and non- or minimally invasive to achieve the desired result. Their aim is to help people to uncover confidence. Furthermore, they would like to emphasize that we are all made differently hence we need different methods to achieve our face and body goals - there's no one size fits all. Their goal is to find a method that is optimal and suitable for each patient.
The Responsibilities:
* Perform frontline customer service support
* Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic's protocol
* Securing appointments and scheduling of aesthetic appointments in the calendar
* Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking
* Maintain cleanliness of front counter
* Other ad hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager
The Requirements:
* Minimum three years' experience in frontline customer service support positions
* Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries not necessary but would be a plus
* Personable and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills
* Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays
