Our Client:
Our client is one of online game companies expanding at a rapid pace worldwide and is headquartered in Japan. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Game Designer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Support Project Lead in operations planning and streamline design process
* Game Feature/Operations Scheduling and Pipeline Execution as well as Managing Game Design Process
* Iterate and manage end to end game design in spectrum of game data handling, Contents / Events / Features design (where applicable), Art design specifications, QA Testing, Game Data Structure, Documentation by collaborating across various functional teams and ensure deliverance of release within planned timelines
* Evaluate and improve on game performance matrices by analysing in-game data analysis (KPIs such as Retention Rate, Player Segmentation, Event Participation Rate, etc.)
* Analysis of Monetization Techniques and formulation of Game Operation KPIs
* Mentor junior Game Designers and lead in planning and execution of milestone activities to ensure deliverance within timeline
* Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to be contactable after office hours to support game operations whenever necessary
The Requirements:
* At least 5 years of game design experience with a minimum of 1 to 2 shipped game titles
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and it's relevant functions such as VLOOKUP Tables
* Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in gaming industry
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a personal focus on goals and metrics
* Highly efficient documentation skills
* Programming and/or art experience will be an added advantage
