The Responsibilities:
We're looking for teammates excited to develop technologies that push the boundaries of 3D environment generation and visualization
* Experience in programming tools in a software engine, preferably, Unreal Engine, or, Unity Engine, or other relevant engines that may come outside of the Gaming Industry
* This role focuses on automation, efficiency, and reducing overall human intervention required to take raw assets to final product
* Tackle challenges around procedural assets, material shader programming, level streaming and much more
* Develop plugins for third-party applications (e.g. Houdini, Blender) as needed
* Test the solutions you develop to identify, analyze, and correct tools bugs
The Requirements:
* Any of: Unreal Engine (preferred), Unity, Anvil (Ubisoft), Lumberyard (Amazon), CryEngine (and respective languages such as C#, C++, or Lua)
* A self-starter problem-solving mindset, you enjoy getting lost in solving new problems
* Solid understanding of modern 3D content authoring techniques and real-time rendering concepts (UVs, LODs, instancing, etc.)
* Familiar with at least one Web Application framework (Java, .Net, PHP, Python, etc.)
* Open to Non-Gaming Professional who is interested to change the world
