Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multinational company which has strong envision and is a market leader in Semicon Manufacturing. They are in an expansion phase with ongoing projects and is currently looking to hire a new headcount - HRIS Specialist (SAP) as part of their HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Part of a strong HR team, this role is based in Singapore and will be playing a pivotal role in managing the HRIS piece and will be an individual contributor in this space:

* Plan and administer HR system enhancement and rollouts
* Manage and coordinate with IT to ensure smooth HR-IT project flow
* Support and facilitate streamlining of HR workflow and work process
* Ensure that HR systems are set in line with HR policies and procedures
* Submission of routine reports
* Create and maintain HR dashboard and customizable reports
* Provide HR system training for HR or other departments
* Back up for compensation/benefit related matters

The Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 4 years' experience in HRIS focus work, with at least 1 project experience in system enhancement/new system planning and rollout in previous companies
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
* Great attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner, and possesses strong sense of responsibility
