Their digital technology business unit delivers engaging digital experiences complementing their solutions enhancing the lives of millions of people globally. They deliver data management and mobile solutions to support their core products. You will join a high-growth, highly innovative environment to where you will lead and support business solutions. You will partner with key decision makers as well as the enterprise product team, all of which encompasses from different domains within their manufacturing, logistics, procurement domain among others.

The Responsibilities:

* Identify business needs and improvement opportunity, determining and strategically plan the implementation and ensure systems solution provided meet the long-term business strategies
* Provide and support the implementation of business solution by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
* Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others. Driving the resolution of issues and holding self and team accountable for results
* Proactively identify improvement opportunity either on IT or Business processes
* Participate in projects as they relate to Oracle and other business applications, as a functional team member or as a key functional champion, in providing inputs, assistances and reviews in complex application solution, working with both internal and external software providers, and IT staff
* Proficient and responsible for the business requirements, functional specification, design constraints, test plans and any other issues pertaining to the development of the solution.
* Respond to customer calls via the Help Desk system (Service Now) for third level Oracle eBusiness Suite applications support. Ensure that all details of the issue including the resolution are recorded in ServiceNow and regular updates to customers are provided.
* Work to resolve Service-Now tickets and makes plans and takes actions to ensure incidents are reducing and SLA's are not being missed
* Built Privacy, Infosec requirement and Non-Functional Requirement into major design with no unaccepted risk identified

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
* More than 8 years of IT experience supporting or implementing Oracle e-Business Suite in discrete manufacturing; or any other ERP system in the domain of Manufacturing, Planning and Logistic in a globally connected manufacturing
* Familiar with Oracle cloud or any other ERP Cloud system in the domain of Manufacturing, Planning and Logistic
* Familiar in working within Agile environment
* Experience with Oracle SQL, TOAD, Technology stack (i.e. Forms, Reports, Workflows, etc.)
* Experience with barcode scanner interfaces and technology
* Prefer experience in Labelling development and printing
* Prefer Knowledge in middleware such as Tibco and Dell Boomi
* Training experience
