Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the renowned Japanese engineering companies. They are actively looking to hire a HR Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess the learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with respective department managers and stakeholders
* Create curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals
* Implement effective and purposeful training methods
* Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver

* training
* Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
* Effectively manage the training budget
* Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and
* improving performance
* Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
* Administers and manage the ITE Approved Training Centre (ATC) status
* Drive corporate values and philosophy through all training and development activities
* Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices

The Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resource Development / Business Administration or related
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in training and development management
* WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ

* Diploma of Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) will be an advantage

* WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate

* in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is a requirement

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
* Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
* Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
* Good organizational and time management skills
