Job Title: Associate Director (Electrical)

The Responsibilities:

* Ensure operational excellence by managing complex technical solutions and large-scale mechanical projects, including multiple jobs
* Oversee electrical projects from inception through strategic planning and detailed design, specifically focusing on security and communication systems in large-scale building projects
* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring technical accuracy and successful technical outcomes
* Develop practical and economical solutions to problems by applying technical principles, earning respect from clients as a highly skilled consultant
* Understand clients' business and strategic issues to ensure successful project outcomes and maximize repeat business
* Assess risk on all projects through sound audit, business, and financial management practices, understanding the financial impact of work practices
* Exhibit effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills

The Requirements:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 10 years in a consulting firm with supervisory/leadership roles and building services coordination in healthcare, commercial, residential, and school projects
* Certification as a Singapore Professional Engineer is an advantage
* Extensive practical application of electrical principles and practices within building services
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Ability to interact and work with colleagues and other consultants at various levels
* A team, client, and delivery-focused working style
