Job Title: Facultative & Treaty Claims Manager
Our Client: Public listed insurance company. In Singapore for more than 50 years. Excellent financial security rating.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all stages of facultative and treaty reinsurance claims, from intake to settlement
* Conduct investigations and assess coverage according to policy terms
* Negotiate settlements to resolve claims promptly and fairly
* Maintain accurate claim records and prepare necessary reports
* Implement quality assurance processes and stay updated on regulatory changes
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of reinsurance claims management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
* Proficiency with claim processing systems, software, and Microsoft Office
* Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
