Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing Japanese electronics manufacturers. Their Singapore office is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The Responsibilities:
* Handling employee leave and clock-in/out timing
* Documents filing
* Maintaining company contract
* Data entry
* Receive and process deliveries (prepare simple invoicing and delivery order)
* Summary mobile bill and do reporting
* Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call
* Air ticket / Hotel / restaurant booking
* Greet visitors, monitor visitor access
* Receive, sort and distribute mail
* Draft correspondence
* Generate reports and other documents
* maintain front desk procedures including contact information
* Planning and conduct company event
* Ad hoc tasks
The Requirements:
* Higher Nitec / ITE, A Level or Diploma
