Our Client:

RGF has been selected to identify, engage and attract an experienced Sales Manager to develop our client's business interests in Singapore.

Our clients are market leaders in the logistics space, with a strong brand and financial foundation they are looking to expand their reach and market share in a highly competitive market.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with frontline sales experience within local region. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience developing business within the logistics sector.

This position will suit someone who enjoys networking with multiple levels of decision makers within client organizations and is always on a lookout to identify and expand the business presence in the market.

The Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team including coaching, objective setting and performance monitoring
* Design and implement the strategic business plan(s) to maximize product success
* Lead and motivate sales team to build strong & long-lasting customer relationships
* Prepare and present sales budget , revenue and expenses reports and updated forecasts for management review
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
* Manage & coach the sales team for complete end-to-end sales process with sales team, including prospecting, pitching and negotiating
* Successful past track record in high level selling, closing sales deals and key accounts
* Proactively Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop new and existing customer
* Develop, determine and responsible for team sales strategy and target
* Compile and analyze sales figures, product data and develop necessary action plans

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* Most possess a class 3 driving license
