Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading Japanese HR Consulting companies in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for an energetic individual who can join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Main responsibility is to provide Human Resources Development (HRD) and Organizational Development (OD) related services to clients in Asia Oceania region (mostly internal clients within our group of companies).
* Plan, develop and design HRD/OD services such as training programs, seminars, e-learnings, workshops and etc.
* Manage HRD/OD service operations; communicate with clients, participants, and training partners/vendors, manage training web site, facilitate programs, design and conduct survey and etc.
* *Currently we run 15+ trainings, seminars, and e-learnings per annum.
* Understand clients' HRD/OD needs through regular communication, conducting survey etc. and reflect them to services.
* Contribute to develop new clients.
* Search for new training providers, and evaluate and engage them for new initiatives.
* Research market trends in HRD/OD
* Assist in improving the efficiency of training operations.
* Cooperate with parent company and related companies.
* Responsible for other ad hoc HRD/OD related matters.

The Requirement:

* 5-10 years' experience in HR.
* 3-5 years' experience in HRD/OD, especially in developing HRD/OD plans and coordinating training programs in HRD dept. of the company.
* Have experience to manage online seminars.
* Project management experience/skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT, OUTLOOK, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate and etc.)
* Have experience to manage regional HRD/OD programs in AO region.
* Have experience to facilitate training programs.
