Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing an International MNC, a trusted partner of choice for testing, certification, auditing, and advisory services. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Executive, MarTech to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing through Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
* Shape the overall MarTech stack at the enterprise level, focusing on the implementation and integration of MarTech and approaches
* Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, IT, sales, CRM, and other departments to promote the pickup of MarTech within the organization, achieve alignment on lead and database management process as well as compliance with relevant requirements
* Support efforts to build the overall MarTech strategy, integrating and configuring platforms processes, templates, and best practices for global implementation
* Drive efforts to integrate, roll out and govern global MarTech tools (e.g. marketing automation platform, digital asset management platform, email tool) within the MarTech stack
* Act as super-user and product evangelist for all MarTech, enabling product marketing
* performance marketing and field marketing teams with program support, workflow set-up and trainings to drive adoption

The Requirements:

* Minimum University Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Communication, Digital Media, or in a related field
* 2 - 4 years hands-on experience in implementing marketing technologies and campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment
* Experience working with Sitecore, Marketo, and marketing technologies
* Experience in lead management and processes
* Knowledge in basic programming languages and web developer tools such as Chrome DevTools
